I've been trying out the application and have run a few TiVo files against it but the audio/video sync is always a little off (by maybe a second). Is there anything I can due to adjust/fix it?

What mobile device are you using?

We have seen some sync issues. Usually the result of a frame rate, dimension, or incorrectly reported media stream that we were not handling correctly. Although, many sync issues should be fixed in MyTV ToGo v3.0. Are you using v3.0?

I would be interested to run some tests on your TiVo media file. If you would be willing to upload a small TiVo file for me to examine then please email me at support@mytvtogo.com and I will provide an FTP link for you to upload your file. Also, if you email me can you include a copy of your mytvtogo.log file (this is located in your "My Documents\My Videos\MyTV ToGo Files\Support" folder).

I'm using a Windows Mobile 5 device (Qtek 9000).

I'm using the trial version of v3.0 and I'll be happy to send you both the TiVo file I'm using and the log file. I'll email you to get the ftp details.
